OUR REASON FOR BEING

Adrien Jaminet revisits the Classics of the French trumpet, making instruments in the tradition of the great brass makers of the French school.

It was in Bretigny-sur-Orge, his hometown, that he chose to set up one of his workshops 10 years ago, “AJ ateliers des cuivres”, before founding his brand A. Jaminet.

The workshop

The vast majority of brass instruments are industrially manufactured, with each worker performing a specific task in the production chain. Our approach as artisan instrument makers is more akin to that of a violin maker.

We manufacture our instruments individually, from the initial sketches to the final touches, from machining the individual parts to the final assembly of the instrument. The workshop also offers a customization service for your brass instruments.
